Unifying the Workshop and the Balance Sheet: The Architecture of e-Hansa
When we design and build software at Crowned Phoenix, our guiding philosophy is always the same: eliminate unnecessary friction. In the corporate landscape, we noticed small businesses fighting an incredibly frustrating type of friction—the massive disconnect between day-to-day operations and real-time double-entry accounting.
Most small manufacturers, production teams, and service providers are trapped. They either have to anchor their entire workflow to a brittle maze of Excel spreadsheets, or pay a small fortune for a bloated corporate ERP system that requires an entire IT department just to maintain.
To solve this, we’ve built e-Hansa: a streamlined, highly isolated micro-ERP and accounting platform designed specifically for small businesses.
Bridging Logistics and Ledgers Natively
The core principle behind e-Hansa is simple: an inventory item shouldn't live in a different universe than a financial line item. When a production business relies on e-Hansa, their entire workflow flows smoothly through a single, cohesive timeline:
- Logistics Automation: Operators can track raw materials, define Bills of Materials (BOM), and instantly calculate allocation logic—marking inventory as Reserved the second a Sales Order is locked in so nothing is ever double-sold.
- Dynamic Accounting: The moment an order moves into a confirmed Sales Invoice or a supplier receipt is processed as a Vendor Bill, e-Hansa’s pure-code accounting engine handles the math automatically. It processes FIFO material costs, tracks input and output VAT, and maps the transaction seamlessly straight into a balanced double-entry general journal.
Built for True Localized Compliance
From a systems philosophy point of view, software must adapt to the reality of the user, not the other way around. Markets, tax laws, and specific company profiles vary wildly. That is why we are always looking for options to deliver deeper, better localization instead of forcing generic, one-size-fits-all frameworks onto local businesses.
Upon setup, e-Hansa automatically seeds a tailored chart of accounts, base currency contexts, and responsive tax timelines based on your selected market. For example, in Estonia, it manages shifting historical tax structures natively and includes a completely user-configurable VAT form builder that matches standard KMD reporting criteria—giving business owners total control to adjust to fiscal policy changes without waiting for software updates.
Data Isolation and Security
We have applied a strict engineering discipline to e-Hansa's architecture. There are no shared, fragile credentials or password databases to manage; users authenticate securely via passwordless Google OAuth.
Furthermore, the environment features strict multi-tenant database isolation. A single account can manage multiple corporate entities seamlessly from the menu switcher, with every business's ledger, inventory registry, and client CRM completely walled off inside its own secure, isolated database instance.
Open Beta: Test Without Restrictions
We believe the best way to battle-test a platform as precise as an ERP is to let real businesses get their hands dirty.
That is why e-Hansa is officially open for testing right now. You can log in, spin up a test company, and experiment with the full suite of accounting, warehouse tracking, payroll, and sales features completely without restrictions.
Because the platform is currently in our active validation and testing phase on our side, our engineering team is still fine-tuning components under the hood. You might see a few visual updates or minor adjustments roll through as we march toward the official launch.
We are opening the doors early because your real-world workflows are what make a system truly bulletproof. If you want to move your shop floor away from spreadsheet chaos, see how a unified double-entry ledger feels, or just want to stress-test our tax engine, you are more than welcome to dive in.
Log in, create your test company, and help us shape the future of small business infrastructure. We want your honest feedback!
